この論文は国立情報学研究所の学術雑誌公開支援事業により電子化されました。As the materials for reconstruction of the tissue defects, we prepared the composite meshs of bovine collagen and synthetic polymers such as thin sillicon mesh, polypropylene mesh (Marlex mesh), polyethylene mesh (heavy Marlex mesh) and high density polyethylene mesh, and applied experimentally to reconstruction of chest walls, diaphragma or pericardium of dogs. 1) In any case, the composite mesh was quickly organized and covered with thin epitherial layers, and finally was less adhesive to neighbour organs such as heart and lung. 2) In the chest wall reconstruction of dogs, small defects could be reconstructed with thin mesh, but harder material such as H. P. E. was required to reconstruction of large defects.
