These days, we see most of University and high school students working part time in factories, stores and so on. It is their duty to devote themselves to studying on their school days. However many students seem to concentrate their efforts more on part time jobs than studies. And sometimes they can learn a lot of things by working more than they can lean in school. Are school studies and part time jobs incompatible or not? This report analyses how managers manage students working part time in the N district in Aichi Pref.
