Inter-Cutural Communication is important in todaiy's society that is changing to be global. It is important for the relationship between youth and elderly, and normal and handicaped as well as different countries or nations. To the student who is going to work in the bussiness area in their future, it is getting serious point for today's univercity-education. Then philosophy is nessesary for the education of inter-cultural communication. Symbiosis on Buddhism gives many suggestion to that philosophy. Tokai-Gakuen Univercity gives the lecture and exercise of thought of symbiosis on Buddhism. It is getting more obvious that the thought contributes to promote the education of inter-cutural communication.
