This paper is a case study which concerns with a new Product Development and Managemet Philosophy. Therefore, I am studying Value Creation Management in the process of Product Developmet of High Value Added. For this study I selected Kawashima Textile Manufacture Ltd. , for its long and magnificent history. The year 1998 is the 150th anniversary of its foundation. The history of Kawashima Textiles is the genealogy of the heart and technique of the masters who have been pursuing eternal beauty. The resarch work is concerned with the new Product Development which they have been making the best use of "Tradition and Innovation" by Nisijin Textile.
