This study is about creating and sustaining coprosperous performance (=living and working together for common goal) in the interorganizational systems. It deals with the two central issues in symbiotic management strategy formulation : (1) The recognition of a strategic utility on symbiotic business relations. (2) The identification of the concept of symbiotic business activities. Taken together decisions on these two issues strengthen the symbiotic positioning and superiority of the organization. By any measure, Symbiotic Management Theory is one of today's most remarkable thought.
