• A program for separating and rearranging karyotype description data which were written by ISCN(1978) was developed. New program for separating and rearranging karyotype descriptions which were conformed to neither ISCN(1978) nor ISCN(1985) was developed. The program was able to process karyotype description data which were conformed to ISCN(1978) also. Circumstances of developing these two programs were written, and outlines of the newly developed program were written.
