We had calculated and predicted a reaction in the furnace by mathematical models using a control computer for the steel smelting converter (LD converter). We had culculated a reaction from the initial data before oxygen blowing. But we developed the dynamic control system to get higher accurate results. Therefore we measured a carbon content and a temperature of the molten steel in the furnace. And we caluculated the reactin at last blowing period from the difference of the measured values and the aimed values, and get the optimum operating values.
