• This paper proves the convergence of solutions of a certain approximate difference equation associated with the nonlinear time dependent evolution equation : du(t)/dt⋴A(t)u(t)+f(t), u(0)=x_0,t≥0; where {A(t)} is a given family of operators in a Banach space. The existence of such difference approximations is also investigated.
