光学及び電子顕微鏡による日本産ヤブソテツ族(シダ目.オシダ科)の胞子膜微細構造の研究 I

The fine structures of the spore-walls of four species of Cyrtomium of Japan, C. fortunei J. Sm., C. falcatum (L. F.) Pr., C. macrophyllum (Makino) Tagawa and C. aryotideum (Wall. ) Pr., were observed by light-and electron-microscope. The results are summarized as the following table. As shown in the table I, the spore-walls of those species mentions above can not be distinguished each by ligt-microscopic observation, but their fine structures can clearly be distinguished by electron-microscopic observation. The materials using the present studies were four spp. among the six Japanese species. The author will study on the remaining species and their varieties, and the results will be reported in the next paper. The comparative micromorphological discussions and the sporesmorphology as the texonomic features will also be done in the her final paper.
