教員養成大学と附属学校の在り方についての一試論 : 山形大学教育学部と附属中学校の改革試案

要旨 : 平成14年度から全面実施される新しい中学校学習指導要領の基本的なねらいは，生きるカの育成である。各学校がゆとりの中で特色ある教育の展開を工夫する必要がある。 附属中学校は，生徒の教育に関する山形大学教育学部の研究に協力するものであることから，学習指導要領に則るとともにまた教育学部との連携協力を図りつつ，教育の実際に関する研究やその実証に当たることになる。しかるに，附属中学校における教育研究実践を指導すべき教育学部の組織体制が，新しい学習指導要領に即したものとなっていない。早急に教育学部の組織体制を整備し直して，生きるカを育成する総合的な学習指導の展開に力点を置いたものに改めるべきである。 組織体制の整備に関連して，今般，中学校にも学校評議員制度が導入された。これを有効に活用することにより，学校運営の全般に関する改善を図る必要がある。 よく生きるカを培う総合的な指導を展開するための基本原理は，生徒一人一人の生きる現実に対して主体的な取り組みがなされるよう，教師が支援の方策・体制を確立することである。歴史的に磨かれた社会・文化の理想に向け，また，開かれた未来へのさらなる飛躍に向けて，現実の課題解決に向がう努力を力強く推進しなければならない。The basic purpose of the new course of study is to bring up the ability to live. And the junior high school attached to the faculty of education of Yamagata University must attain the study and the proof of real education. But the organization of the faculty of education, which should lead the study and practice at the junior high school, is not based on the new Course of study. Therefore we must prepare the organization of the faculty of education immediately to realize the total developement of learning guidance which will bring up the ability to live. In relation to the preparation of the organization, we are going to introduce the school councilor system to The Junior High School. We want to use this system to plan the total improvement of school management, for example, project, practice, and value. The basic principle for developing the total leading which educates the ability to live is for teachers to find out the policy of help having wide fields of vision toward the living reality. We want to aim at the historically polished ideals, and to promote the individual efforts powerfully toward the solution of real problems.
