As a newly-appointed professor, I was charged for the students of third schoolyears. They now came to the fifth year of the graduation, and I had to give them correct directions for their future course. In order to give them appropriate advises, precise information were firstly needed. For this purpose, tables of the school records of the past two years' graduates of the four Departments of our colledge, related to their course after graduation were prepared for the first time. To account the difficulties of admission examinations to the universities, their deviation factors were examined nextly together with the subjects of the examinations. As for finding the appropriate employments for the graduates, I prepared a table of all the necessary informations for it listed in one line for all the companies giving us the applications for workers. Another list of the promising companies was abstracted form it to find the nice target. They were very useful in advising the students to decide their employments. As the results, ten of the graduates were admitted to the universities, the number was the record of the Department of the Electrical Engineering. Also, all the employment seeker except one have found their occupations before the end of July of 1996 leading other Departments of our college.
