In this paper, the dynamic interaction problems of elastic body-fluid-elastic half space systems are formulated as to the continum models by using the boundary integral equation methods. The boundary integral equations are formulated by Green's formula on the boundary surfaces of each regions, two elastic regions and a fluid region. Then, the problem is reduced to the coupling problem of these three regions in termes of the normal components of velocities and the tractions in the solid, and the normal components of velocities and the pressures in the fluid, by considering the interface conditions on common boundaries of these regions.
