Among a number of problems concerning rotors revolving in the ultra-highspeed range over 100,000 R. P. M., results obtained in experiments on the drag force of rotating bodies are described. For the driving of rotors the motor-driving method up to 200,000 R. P. M. has been developed and the drag force acting on column and prism rotors has been measured. Especially the drag of prism rotors was given quantitatively for the first time and expressed using the resistance coefficient C_m which proved to be a function of a variable F^*=Rω^2/g.
