• Listening comprehension plays a very important role in language learning. When we communicate in English, we cannot make ourselves understood without listening comprehension. In such sense, to listen actively is the most important skill to achieve in any language activities. This paper shows how listening comprehension will improve and how the film will provide the advantages in listening comprehension if learners choose their favorite film as a material.
