The leading conflict of education was an inequality of the opportunities of education, that is to say, the division of adolescence. Today in Japan, the inequality is still in the difference in rank-quality of high schools, but on the other side a new problem has appeared. It is the overmanagement through education. According to the position of Japan in the world society has changed from semi-periphery into center, the leading conflict in education in Japan has been altered into the overmanagement through education.
