Kozui Otani's arrival in London was considered as March 19, 1900 and "after spending two and a half year in study", he started Central Asian Expedition from London on August 16, 1902. In the preceding two articles, the present author discussed several problems concerned. During the two and a half year K. Otani traveled in England and the neighbouring countries and visited famous places, met lots of celebrities. K. Otani and his accompanied students had acquaintances with not only the great Buddhist or Oriental scholars, but several Japanese celebrities, i.e. Naibu Kanda, Soseki Natsume, Hirobumu Ito, Masayoshi Matsukata, Hogetsu Shimamura, etc. The present author has searched for the related materials and now thinks it important to introduce those matters chronologically. For it is necessary to understand the academic and international level of K. Otani and his accompanied students, i.e. the members of the expeditions to Central Asia and India.
