In this paper, it is elucidated that magnetic properties in the double layer films of the Fe-Ni system depend on the interdiffusion of layers due to heat treatment of films. The effect of base temperature increases coercive force and decreases residual magnetization. These factes seem to be explained from the grain growth in magnetic layers of Fe and Ni and the formation of interdiffusion layers.
