A Terman Sinusoidal Oscillator is proposed in this paper, which is constructed by three Switched Capacitors controlled by a two-phase clock, two capacitors and a FET, and both the results of the analysis and experiment on this oscillator are shown. Both a resistor in the feedback circuit and a self bias resistor of the FET can be replaced by one Switched Capacitor, meanwhile another resistor in the feedback circuit and the lord resistor of the FET can also be replaced by the combination of the rest of the Switched Capacitors. The results of the analysis discussed in this paper agrees well with that of the experiment. Since this FET operates during only a half of the clock period, a two-modes oscillation which has two different frequences, is available in another period by connecting the other feedback circuit of different components to the FET, this will be applicable to the Push-Phone Telephone which needs two signals of different frequencies.
