The purpose of this study was to exmine emotional feature in interpersonal alienation situations in adolescence. One hundred sixtytwo females ( junior high 34,senior high 47 and junior college 81 ) completed interpersonal alienation scales ( 40 items; 1O interpersonal situations each of 4 persons to alienate ).The main findings were as follows : (1) Adolescences were displeased to alienate from friend and to be unconfidence. (2) Items measuring interpersonal alienation scales were analyzed and extracted three facters of blame and criticism, recognition and acceptance, and transaction on parents, fourfacters of rejection and unconfidence, and empathy on teacher, rejection and suspiction, and empathy on friend. (3) Senior high's were more displeased to alienate than junior high and junior college.
