We investigated fundamental research to apply to the profile measurements with fiber-optic lens. The profile measurements with optics need light emitted diodes (LED), photo diodes (PD), and object lens, which is not able to small sizes. So, we proposed fiber-optics lens that unified a object lens and fiber-optics to separate distance from LED's to object lens. This fiber-optics lens only is worked upon the surface tip of fiber-optic sharp such as object lens. First, we tested optical irradiation distribution by the CW light to investigate the character of fiber-optic. It decrease linear that fiber-optic lens unite efficiency of the other side to distance transition from fiber-optic lens to object mirror when it exceed more than distance of max unite efficiency. Therefore, when this line shape change range of line shape was used, we confirmed that it could be converted into the distance by the measurement of the combination efficiency. As a result it was possible to displacement measurement at this composition because reflection light power from object mirror decrease.
