A psychotherapy process is a process in which a client's inside world is followed through the relationship of a Therapist and client. I think images are important factor in a psychotherapy process. In case of a client's mind dissociated from his or her body seriously, images cannot be considered without the body. Taking all these things into consideration, the purpose of this paper should be to consider "imaginary body" which a client and a therapist share. First, "subtle body" is observed as a whole, and the animals which appear in psychotherapy process are focused on.This is an approach to "subtle body", I think. And then, "therapeutic meaning of animals for child and adolescent patient" which was written by Murase Kayoko, is surveyed. Next, seventeen cases of mine are taken up and discussed. These cases are categorized into five groups. Group I : cases of animal abuse Group II : cases in which animals appear in the first half Group III : cases in which animals appear in the latter half GroupIV : cases in which a client cannot have any relationship with animals Group V : cases in which a client has relationship with animals for many years Relationship with animals of each group is observed, and the Therapeutic meanings are considered. Furthermore "subtle body" which is seen there is considered.More than ordinary touches of animals, a client's figure which lives "imaginary body" shared with "animals" appears. And the author thinks the view point of "imaginary body" which is shared with a client and a therapist is one of the meanings of "subtle body".
