There are many ways of thinking about a saving energy technique in building. But, that structure is complex and expensive. The development of the cheap heat exchanger is important with the easy structure from such a reason. The parts of the heat exchanger are cooling and heating. The heat exchanger proposed this time get heat energy from the subterranean heat. In other words, it thinks that a heat exchanger is buried undergroundand used. The warm air of summer is cooled down with the heat exchanger, and led in the inside. It is warmed up with the heat exchanger, and the cold air of winter is led in the inside. The exclusion of the condensation water which it is formed in when warm air is cooled down is especially important. This way of excluding it is being examined. The heat exchanger of the scale mdel was used for the experiment. Heat exchanger was set on the water tank made of the plastic, and the water that temperature was managed was filled. Warm water was put in this water tank, and a difference in temperature with the inflow air was created, and moreover cold water was put in this water tank, and a difference in temperature with the inflow air. Heat exchange rate of cooling and heating were about 80%. This result is sufficient as a performance of the heat exchanger.
