Let D be a divisor on a normal algebraic variety X, and R(X, D) be a graded ring associated to D. When D is ample, the structure of R(X, D) is well known, but is known little otherwise. We studied it in [3] when X is a rational scroll and |D| is base point free but D is not ample. In that case, R(X, D) is Cohen Macaulay and generated by the elements of gegree 1. In this article we study the case that dimension of X is two, and deteemine all the generators of R(X, D) explicitely by using the technique of torus emdeddings.
