In recent years, many computer systems have been introduced in police stations for use in scientific crime detection. However, scientific crime detection has proven to be quite complicated. This study proposes an environment for image recognition on 3-dimensional space with cubic scales in the picture. The aim of this environment is to support analysis and transformation of object data on 3-dimensional space. In this system, a traditional photo survey technique is applied to a problem. Additionally, we discuss the online dialogue specification on the user oriented investigation systems. This paper presents a 3-dimensional image measurement approach to police on-the-spot crime inspections. Two aspects of the work are presented here. The first is the use of 3-dimensional image measurement in a short distance ; the second is the development of a online dialogue specification on the user oriented investigation systems.
