Recently, Big Bang in Japan has just started, following the United States of America. In the past, financial business in this country was restricted by many regulations. In coming next decade, however, the financial market will be open in the financial world. Under the open money market, today's financial business will face to a sever competition. Then, the financial business has to be transformed into marketing intelligence business by using integrated customer's data processing. This paper is designed to establish a financial marketing model. This subject matter is discussed to compare a concept, conditions and skills of managerial marketing which is based on a modern marketing theory.
