We studies the correlation between the increment of relativistic electron flux at the geosynchronous orbit and the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) properties as well as the magnetic disturbance signature during magnetic storms. Results demonstrates that the large flux enhancement has been made when IMF directed southward during the storm recovery phase.
