• Eleven new species belonging to the genus Helina R.-D. from Papua New Guinea are described and figured. They are H. fluocharis, H. papuana, H. allisoni, H. hirashimai, H. wauensis, H. fuscifacies, H. nigricornis, H. nais, H. grandicornis, H. mendiensis and H. nana. All of them are found on wet stones or sand along mountain streams in the forests.
