NEWTON's method is usually thought on R. But Cayley A. [l] investigated a complex version in "NEWTON-FOURIER's imaginary problem" (see [l]). In short, for each root he wanted to divide the complex plane to some regions so that if he starts with any initial value in the same region, the value approaches the same root. This problem is not so easy to solve in general situation. For quadratic complex polynomials, this problem becomes easy. In this paper, we investigate NEWTON's method for cubic complex polynomials.
