Most of congenital posterolateral diaphragmatic (Bochdalek) hernias are observed in infancy, and adolescent or adult cases are rarely reported. The diagnosis of Bochdalek hernia in the adult that demands an immediate surgical repair, is usually made in case of complications. A 22 year old girl with Bochdalek hernia, including uncommon pathologies such as pulmonary hypoplasia, intestinal non-rotation anomalia and pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis was presented in this paper.
