• Eighteen species of xylariaceous and diatrypaceous fungi, are listed in this paper, which were collected from Mt. Fengyangshan and Mt. Baishanzu in Zhejiang Prov., China. Four species and two varieties of fungi are newly recorded from China. Each species is taxonomically commented on in comparison with Japanese collections. A new combination, Nemania subannulata, is proposed for Hypoxylon subannulatum and its anamorph is described. A neotype is selected for H. subannulatum from the specimens cited by SYDOW (1917).
