この論文は国立情報学研究所の学術雑誌公開支援事業により電子化されました。1) A synergic bacteriostatic effect was demonstrated in the combined use of INH and Sulfisoxazole (SI) in vitro. 2) SI was found to have a weak but definite tuberculostatic effect in vitro. 3) This combined effect was recognized even with SM and PAS resistant strains. 4) SI also increased the tuberculocidal effect of INH. 5) The emergence of resistance of Mycobacterium to INH in vitro was markedly delayed in the presence of SI.
