Super-Eddington accretion onto supermassive black holes (BHs) seems to occur at narrow-line Seyfert 1 galaxies (NLSls). We briefly describe some physical aspects that become important when an accretion rate becomes super-Eddington ; electron scattering, relativistic effect and self-gravity of accretion flows. It is found that the inner, non self-gravitating part of the disk emits UV to X-ray, while the outer, self-gravitating region radiates optical continuum. Then, a broadband spectral modeling for TonS180 is demonstrated. In order to test the theoretical models, we pick up one NLS1, PG1448+273, as the object with the highest Eddington ratio among AGNs. Preliminary results of our XMM observation on this object, together with spectral modeling, are briefly presented.
