大学生における摂食障害傾向 : 体型イメージと対人関係態度からの検討

本研究では，大学生の男女における摂食障害傾向に注目し，肥満否定・やせ肯定という風潮がどのように取り入れられているのかについて明らかにした。また，摂食障害にみられる心理特徴として対人関係における態度についても検討した。その結果，男女ともに肥満体型に対して否定的なイメージをもっており，それは自分の理想とするイメージとはかけ離れていると認識していることが明らかになった。また，女性において摂食障害傾向の強い者は，自身の体型が魅力的でないために他者と上手く付き合えないといった対人不安を抱いていることが示された。The research focused on eating disorder tendency in university students, and revealed how they take in tendency of fatness negation and slimness affirmation. In addition, it considered interpersonal relations attitude peculiar to eating disorder. Consequently, both males and females have negative image of fatness, and it is very different from their ideal image. In addition, females of high Eating disorder tendency have social anxiety, for they think their body unattractive.
