報告(Report)本報告は,バスケットボールのシュートを初心者に指導する場合に,熟練者のシュートをバイオメカニクス的に分析した内容をいかに簡潔に伝えるかということを考察するものである.熟練者を被験者として上肢関節と下肢関節の動きの速さとタイミングについて3次元撮影のデータに分析と検討を加えた.初心者へのシュート指導において,膝関節の速い屈曲‐伸展は重要な要因であることが示唆された.This study aimed to analyze shooting movement of a skillful player, and apply information which will be revealed by this study to teaching beginners shooting. The subject is a male student player, who had marked free throw about 80%(made/attempt,33/41) in 11 games of 2008 Kansai Collegiate League. We obtained kinematic data with regard to the whole body movement through the use of a motion capture system. The data we obtained showed quickness of flexion and extension at knee joint of skillful player.
