The *Samājasādhanavyavasthālī (hereafter: Vyavasthālī), attributed to Nāgabodhi/ Nāgabuddhi of the Ār ya school of interpretation of the Guhyasamāja-tantra, explains the philosophical significance of yoga involving the use of the maṇḍala, and considerable importance has been attached to it in Tibetan Buddhism, especially in the dGe-lugs-pa school. But until recently no Sanskrit manuscript of this work had been discovered. Recently, a complete manuscript of the Vyavasthālī was identified in Sector A of photograph Xc14/30 photographed by Rāhula Sāṅkṛtyāyana in Tibet and later acquired by the Niedersächsische Staats-und Universitätsbibliothek, Göttingen. Basing myself on this photograph, I have already published romanized editions of Chapter I and of 3-1-3 to 3-3-3 from Chapter III of the Vyavasthālī in the Memoirs of the Institute of Oriental Culture. In this article I have transcribed the Sanskrit text of Chapter II of the Vyavasthālī. This chapter mainly explains the body-maṇḍala theory of the Guhyasamāja-tantra. For further details, reference should be made to pp. 333-324.
