In previous issues authers reported on the Lichtenberg Figures and discussed their features produced from waveforms of the impulse voltage，and compared their voltage characteristics．But from these figures it is difficult to know the distribution of charges on them in detail，and the repetition of experiments is troublesome also．To avoid these troubles and also to afford a reference to the research for the elucidation of the mechanism of the creeping discharge，the experiment of"Surface Charge Pattern"，the so called "Dust Figure"has been carried out．In this paper "Dust Figure" of five kinds of waveforms are obtained at several voltages from5KV to50KV，and the process of growth of them and the differences between them are mentioned．Comparison of the voltage characterics of figures having different wave forms are discussed also．Figures generally orinated from three kinds of waveforms；namely steep wave front，wave tail containing either unidirectional or both－directional oscillation are clearly distinguished from others．
