The imperfectness around the step lines in KCl single crystal rapidly grownfrom the melt was observed by X-ray Laue method. We have reportedpreviously that the imperfectness is c1assified into five kinds according to thebroadening of the (031) spot.In this paper the broadening of various spots are measured， for example，(031)，(221)，(301) spots and following results are obtained. (1) The fivekinds of the imperfectness are increased into six ones and remarkable irregularitiesof two diffraction planes (031) and (221) are obtained. (2) Somethe other characters of spots are remarked，for example，broadening alongthe cirular direction and diffraction angle.
