When smal1 particles are located between two parallel plate electrodes inhorizontal direction,they jump from the electrode under certain intensity ofelectric field. The writer previously reported such the movement of particlescan be explained by their charge induced by the electric field and the other.In this paper he discusses mainly the charging process of the particle,consideringof the application of present phenomena on the measurement of electricconductivity of poor conductive material. Furthermore,the special movementof particles near the edge of electrodes are well explained by the unhomogeousfield and the other.
