Authors previously reported the formation of (a) quasi-ice when the supercooledwater suddenly freeses. In this paper， they illustrate its feature bysome improvements of the apparatus. On the other way，they observed (b)ice grains，n aturally grown on a roadside at cold night. Those grains arec1assified into 3 types (b1) transparent simple crystal，(b2)transparent collectedone，and (b) semitransparent one. The appearance of (b2) of very slowgrowth is much similar to that of (a) of instantaneous growth which is veryhard to observe its formation process and physical features. It is suggestedthat the study of (b3) may be helpful to that of (a).
