入社6年目を迎える財務室国際財務部海外経理チームの加藤理沙は、今でも時々、カナダの青い空を思い出す。 加藤は2002年に参加したアドベンチャースクール（AS）で、カナダ西海岸のバンクーバー島に6カ月間滞在した。当時は内定者としてではなく、入社式を終えた新入社員として海外に送られた。 「会社は私たちに何かを求めている」。そう常に感じていた。
