We measured five meteorological elements that could be put at the school lot in warm season and calculated heat fluxes. A correlation of air temperature and the ground surface temperature was high and the coefficient of correlation was R=0.82. It was expected that the peak of air temperature was 35.1C on August 8 by seasonal variation in a ground. Seasonal variation of the ground surface temperature became a same form as air temperature.Also it was expected that the peak of the ground surface temperature became 35.8C on August 24. Seasonal variationof sensible heat in a ground was 1 - 16 W/M2 and its drift width was small, also the peak came in the summer. When air temperature was low like 17.0 - 20.0C, cool island was completed from school buildings to a ground. But when air temperature was high like 26.0 - 31.8C, heat island around a ground was completed. About a difference of air temperature, the temperature of school buildings were same or lower than that of the groundcenter in a day. The reason is a characteristic by heat inertia of concrete materials.
