医療機器商社のムトウ（札幌市）は今年5月17日、基幹系システムの再構築プロジェクトを巡り、開発委託先の東洋ビジネスエンジニアリングを訴えた。開発遅れに加え、ハードのサイジングに問題があり、システムを本稼働させられないことが原因だ。ムトウは契約解除と9億円を超す損害賠償を求めている。
