Referring to my experience of business administration, there are many cases found that the philosophy and method derived from war operation fit those in the field of business operation. However, it has been thought that it is very difficult to exchange the know-how of war operation for that of business operation equivalently because of their own qualitative differences. Therefore it is essential to clarify the heterogeneity and homogeneity found both in war operation and in inter-enterprise operation. And then we have to establish a new methodology m which "the nine principles of war" will be adapted to the principles of inter-enterprise competition. The purposes of this research is, in due course, to establish a new logic and technique for coinciding a conception of warfare with that of inter-enterprise competition. For practical purposes, ancient and modern military theories as well as my own knowledge of military history will be helpful. As a result, I believe that principles of warfare, if generarized, will be available to inter-enterprise competition.
