The primary objective of this paper is to analyze the methods of acquisition and the benefits of confirmatory statements by Korean-speaker/Japanese learner. The data is based on KY Corpus. As a result, it became clear: 1.that three forms of confirmation request statement「yone」「darou」「janaika」 are acquired by the Advanced Level learners. 2.that incorrect use of those statements has otherwise often been the case. The confirmation request statement 「yone」is more often used than the other two forms. It is considered that the five segments of confirmation request statement, classified by Hasunuma Akio, have not been practiced sufficiently.
