今回のショーで注目されたのは，各社から商品化を前提としたハイブリッド商用車が発表されたことだ。 日産ディーゼル工業の出展の目玉は，キャパシタを使ったハイブリッド技術。今回のモーターショーが初公開となるハイブリッド中型トラック（図1）を出展した。すでに発表しているハイブリッドバス（日経メカニカル9月号p．26参照）に次ぐものだ。
