日本テレコムと日本国際通信（ＩＴＪ）が今年中に合併する。「国内と海外を一貫してサービスできる会社でないと，生き残りは難しい」。日本テレコムの坂田浩一社長，ＩＴＪの小川徹社長は異口同音に合併の狙いを語る。
