Ag-powder were mixed with calcined Kaoline (added 20wt% CaO), glass A (crystalline) and glass B (amorphous) severally. We have been prepared 30.0 mmΦ and 50kg/(cm)^2 pessed testing samples and examined the shrinkage, shape and composition about several temperature fired and quenched one. The sample including 5wt% calcined Kaoline additive has smaller firing shrinkage than pure Ag one and good shape. But the others have bigger shrinkage and bad shape. We find that optimum amount of calcined Kaoline having been mixed with CaO to appear Anorthite when it fired, is effective to restrict the shrinkage and shape stability.
