1D07 ZnO 結晶成長に与える通電加熱法とテルミット反応の効果

Recently, it has been found by our group that the ZnO crystals grow on ZnO ceramic bar heated by electric current. The crystal shapes were related to the surrounding atmosphere and temperature. In this research, thermite reaction of aluminum was considered to effect the surrounding atmosphere and temperature during the electric current heating. To evaluate the growth condition, the current density flow through the bar was changed in the range of 40A/(cm)^2. As a result, the ZnO crystal growth related to the thermite reaction was observed above 70A/(cm)^2 of current density.
