概要

職業性肩こりは，頚肩腕障害の一型として，古くはキーパンチャーなどの職業病として知られていた。広い概念としては頚肩腕障害に含まれ，海外ではoccupational cervicobrachial disorder（OCD），cummulative trauma disorder（CTD），repetition strain injury（RSI）などと呼ばれることもあるが，いずれも上肢への過度の負担による障害としての共通概念である。
