概要

1955年山口県生まれ。80年に京都大学大学院工学研究科土木工学専攻修了、山口県庁に入庁。土木建築部道路建設課、（財）山口県建設技術センター、山口土木建築事務所、土木建築部技術管理課などを経て2008年4月から現職。手がけた主な事業は角島大橋架橋事業など。
